The Philippines have four (4) entries in the New 7 Wonders of the World.
As I heard on the news the top 21 entries of the new 7 wonders of the world are qualified on the next round. Those entries will have an extended voting until 2010.
I am happy that all of nominees are officially supported.
1. Mayon Volcano- this is on the 19th spot among the nominees. A perfect cone and active volcano. It is located in Legaspi, Albay. Erupted 47 times for the past 400 years ago.

2. Tubbataha Reef - this on the 9th spot. One of the untouchables area in the country. This is found in Sulu Sea. Where most of the marine animals are protected of the Tubbataha Reef Marine National Park. Most of the endangered species are found here.

3. Chocolate Hills - this is on the 10th spot. It is located in Bohol, Philippines. There are 1,268 perfectly cone-shaped hills on the area. During dry season all of the grasses turns brown that looks the hills like chocolates...

4. Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park - this is on the 11th spot. It is located in Palawan. It is reputed as the world longest undergound river. In exploring inside the park there are a lot of major formations of stalactites and stalagmites...

Last night I visited the site and I tried to vote for our entries. I didn't know that I had an option to vote for seven entries. So I voted for Mayon Volcano, Tubbataha Reef , Chocolate Hills, Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park... I thought of the entries to add on my list.
I thought of Mount Everest (because most of the climbers like it), Jeju Islands (because of my Korean friends) and The Great Barrier Reef (because my bestfriend is there). LOL
I'm proud to say that right now the Philippines is the only country that has a lot of entries in the new 7 wonders of the world. As far as top 21 is concern all of our entries are in but we still need to work out. To make our entries belong to the top 7.
To those who didn't vote yet, please cast your vote now.

All of us were once innocent little creatures. Reminiscing the past, our childhood years always bring smile and gladness in our hearts. We have played all sorts of games to our hearts’ content, free from worries and doubts of the future. School had been both our learning institution and playground.
It is therefore a privilege to become part of this endeavor in making these children, these Filipino children, experience the warmth of childhood we once enjoyed by bringing to them some gifts we could share.
Be involved. Let’s take pleasure in making their journey to school a happy one.
