My friend is 6 months pregnant and she has common concerns. I would like you to know that we have different biochemistry. It could be the concern of my friend but it’s not your concern at all. She is complaining about her backache, bleeding, and stretch mark. Let’s deal with it one by one.
Backache
This has a lot of variety of causes: a fall, poor posture at work, or study, sleeping on the bad mattress, overweight, etc. If pregnancy is below 2 or 3 months and experiencing vaginal bleeding or pain in the lower part of the back or abdomen it is urgent that you seek your physician. It could be an extra uterine or tubular pregnancy.
If your pregnancy is about to come to term, excessive weight can tear your ligaments in the column causing some pain. Try to use a girdle for support.
Uterus size can press a nerve such as the sciatic nerve and cause pain in the lower part of the back. If I were you consult a Chiropractor.
The following is also recommended:
- Eliminate high heeled shoes
- Don’t remain standing in the same position for a long time
- Don’t carry heavy objects.
- Sleep on the good mattress.
- Rub “heat lotion” where pain is located and practice deep relaxation.
Bleeding During Pregnancy
When bleeding occurs after the 7th month of pregnancy it could be caused by the separation of the placenta and uterus. Try to lie down and rest. Consult your physician.
If your pregnancy is less than 3 months and feel cramps or pains in the abdomen and there is bleeding this could be a pregnancy outside the uterus. It could be a hormonal imbalance of the mother. Try to consult your physician immediately. Most probably you need complete bed rest. Sometimes this concerns arises its all because of lack of support for the fetus. The main reason is by the relaxation of the cervix due to irritation, infection, etc. Cervix is the lower part of the uterus and it is also the muscle which prevents the fetus from being born until it is ready. If the cervix is not relaxed it may result vaginal discharge or excessive bleeding. If that happens try to take Vitamin K. If you read about my post of Vitamin E this is also helps o stop bleeding.Try to be cautious because if bleeding doesn’t stop it could lead to miscarriage. That is why complete bed rest is highly recommended. If your physician prescribes you the intake of royal jelly and certain hormones that is the best prescription for you.

Stretch Mark
This is the height of our topic, a lot of women encountered this one. My friend is worried about this. She even sent me a message if she can’t do anything that stretch mark. It was one of our topics last weekend, which is why she’s somehow scared. I told her, if you have it is already permanent. Your skin is like tearing a paper you can’t get it back to its original look. But you can still do something about this. You must start as early as possible because your tummy grows so fast that is why it’s tearing apart. Remember “prevention is better than cure”.
I hope this could help... I found a mixture that may prevent your concerns:
1/4 cup of pure aloe vera gelatin
1/2 cup of olive oil
then mix in 10 capsules of Vitamin E and A (break capsules and empty contents in mixture)
Mix all this in a small container and apply it every day after bathing during the preganacy. Keep this in a cool place.

Thanks for these tips. I'm wary about the stretch marks. This is a good tip. There's also a good product sworn by a lot of women to be really effective in reducing stretch marks is the Palmer's Stretch Mark Cream.
Bingkee: It's my pleasure... just to remmind you don't expose to much on radiation. It also affects the baby inside.
Thanks for sharing another products.
Thanks for the tip Sam dear. Im just lucky I didnt have any stretch mark when I got pregnant with my son.
I don't have stretch mark too yehey.
I didn't get much stretch marks when I was pregnant with my kids. I got lucky since I've seen photos of it and it's unsightly. :(
Umma, Joy & Mama: Good for you that you don't have it. Yes it looks awful that is why most of the women don't like it.
hello sam
oh you were right well im a young man
but strech marks can not just occur in pregnant womens it may occur if someone gained weight so fast
my mom agreed with you actually she's reading your post with me right now hehe
she told me that you were right application of oil will be a great help to moisturize that certain body part and may avoid or lessen the visibility of the strech marks
thanks for sharing it to us
have a great day
Bluedreamer: Yes that is correct. Since it's all about pregnancy so its just for them. Backache and stretch mark are not just happening on pregnant women.
Especially stretch mark it happen to the people who super gained weight so fast in a short period of time. Because the skin is not that elastic and lack of moisture it tear apart. Unfortunately, it's mechanical so we can't do anything about it. That is why we need to moisturize our skin before it tear apart.
By the way, hello to your Mom. Happy weekend to both of you. one thing more I need your first name or nickname, so that I may affix it to my blogroll.
