I would like to end the topic about skin on how to deal on dry skin.
One causes of dry skin is lack of Vitamins - E, A, or D or by not drinking enough water, causing dehydration or by an excessively dry environment.
It's too obvious if we have a dry skin because the evidence are seen. Like the dryness of the face and hands, usually cracked, wrinkled, ashen or whitish skin in which the skin cells flake off. Most of the time having a dry skin is common in winter season or when the temperature is low.
Suggested treatments are:
- drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water daily
- applying of mineral oil to the body is also effective then rinse off with water, then massage it until it becomes dry before you dress up.
BisdakPlanet Foundation aims to help our less fortunate “kababayans” and is dedicated to helping the Filipino children.
All of us were once innocent little creatures. Reminiscing the past, our childhood years always bring smile and gladness in our hearts. We have played all sorts of games to our hearts’ content, free from worries and doubts of the future. School had been both our learning institution and playground.
It is therefore a privilege to become part of this endeavor in making these children, these Filipino children, experience the warmth of childhood we once enjoyed by bringing to them some gifts we could share.
Be involved. Let’s take pleasure in making their journey to school a happy one.

Hi Sam, dito sa US when cold weather starts madaling magdry ang skin because the air is dry lalo na kung may heater. Kaya I learned to use body lotion after taking a shower. We also use humidifier in the winter para di masyadong dry ang air sa loob ng bahay.
