Pregnancy

In connection of the recent topics of mine, I choose to discuss pregnancy. This post will not just help those who are pregnant but same thing with single women who plan to be a mother.

These topics will teaches us how to have a good pregnancy and most common concerns. Especially during pregnancy it is very important to maintain good health, good daily perspective and good environment.

For a good pregnancy try to eliminate all carbonation, antihistamines, antacid tablets, as well as any artificial sweeteners. Try to avoid alcohol, coffee, cigarettes and any other drug. Usually these products can harm the baby because it passes through the mother’s blood.

Below are the following most concerns during pregnancy:

a. Acid indigestion, Swelling and Constipation
b. Backache
c. Bleeding
d. Gas and Upset stomach
e. Groin pain
f. Hemorrhoids
g. Insomnia
h. Leg Cramps
i. Miscarriage
j. Nausea
k. Pain in the Fit of the Stomach
l. Personality Changes after Childbirth
m. Skin Problems
n. Stretch Marks

Those are lots of concerns so I decided to post what topic you actually need. Just leave your message on comment box. On next few days I will post the common concerns specifically encountered by my friend.

Nakalulun ng pakwan! Hehehe!

I really had a hard time with my pregnancy with that child. I suffered many of those concerns. The one that I hate is the ugly stretch marks that I had all over my stomach and on my butt!

Dami ngang bawal.

Thanks for this post....and awaiting for the next one. I'm 2 weeks pregnant..too early to tell. Well, my doctors can tell because my pregnancy is through IVF. And I need a lot more info especially about taking care of my unborn babies (babies because IVF is usually multiple) :-)

Interesting! Stretch marks?

When I was pregnant with my kid, I had a lot in my mind. For one thing I worried a lot how my child would look. I just prayed and prayed that she be born a normal child.

Even with the stretch marks permanently etched on my body, I'm still very glad to have a kid who loves me. That's the one that I like best from being pregnant.

Bingkee: Congratulations!!! I'm happy for you.I wanted to let you know I was thinking of you when I'm doing this post hoping that your preggylicious.

Gem: That is one of the concerns of becoming mother they worry and thinking so much of the possibilities. Maliit lng na bagay ang stretch marks kesa sa pagdating ng baby.
