Who Needs Vitamin E?

Preferably adults need Vitamin E or Tocopherol. It requires more in women who are pregnant or lactating mothers, as well as menopause women. It also prevents spontaneous abortion.

This is the vitamin that is very important to prevent the tissues wearing out. It is stored in the following parts of the body:

• Liver
• Fat tissues
• Heart
• Muscles
• Testicles

• Adrenal gland
• Pituitary gland

Vitamin E easily absorb internally by the intestine or externally by the skin. The good thing about this vitamin it heals quickly burns compare to those who doesn’t take it.

salamat nalang mahilig ko sa kamatis og itlog.. laog kaayo ko anang kamatis ba unya isuwa sa toyo na naay sili.. poydi na isud-an..heheh labi nag itlog! maski unsang klase luto sa itlog laog kaayo ko..! I love this info! I makes me love more eggs and tomatoes...

This is a nice entry about vitamin E. My blog is about health but I did not able to blog about Vitamin E. Very informative entry.

@sam wala diay sa states ing-ana? kanang kamatis isuwa og toyo unya silian? lain man gud kamatis dira kay sobra kadagko ra..lud-an man gud kog dagkong kamatis labi nag dagko og liso di ko ganahan..

note: dili man sa ingon hilig kog rounded objects kanang poydi man pod square, triangle, rectangle og bisan unsang klaseng shape basta di lang makamatay war kurat! hehehe
