Specific emotions may weaken certain organs in our body. If we are wondering what are the causes of some of our illnesses now a days. Try to check our feelings in a certain period of time. Like if we always get...
- angry it weakens our liver
- grief or melancholy most likely get concerns with our lungs
- worry & joy it triggers our stomach and heart
- fear & fright it weakens our kidney
Sometimes it’s hard to stay happy but if we love ourselves then we are ought to do it. We have our negative situations in our lives, it’s up to us what emotions that will end up in that situation. Stay happy shalalala, it’s nice to be happy shalalala oh sorry I’m already singing. There are a lot of rooms of being positive or optimistic. We stay happy and live healthy. To those who are reading this post. Try this exercise: in everything that you do “keep smiling”. Example while reading this “smile” let the positive energy comes in.

Tinuod baya ni Sam. Bata masuko ko , (lahi man pud ko masuko), mosakit akong dughan ug murag malipong ko. I have to be aware of my emotions kay one time murag kahimatayon ko sa kasuko. :-) Minsan ra man pud ko masuko ...kay I'm usually joyful and vibrant all the time.
