On my first six months of blogging I just enjoy to blog my interests. Somehow it helps to relieve my stress. I noticed that I am becoming a good person. Before I never enjoyed reading articles either books or other reading materials. I even hate English subject because I like Math and Science the most. I never expected that these days I would end up writing and love reading. Hahaha Surprisingly, advertising on blogs brings money to my pocket. Actually it is just a bonus on my part. Aside from expressing my thoughts and ideas via internet it brings glee to my heart. The fact that somebody is commenting on my post and has a chance to connect with my readers it gets more even lovelier. My blog is currently running for 11 months and I certainly joined on a lot of blog marketing. Recently, I joined in a new advertising network and I enjoy reading there post about how to make the best of business blogging. Try to read it and you will learn a lot especially to those who are new in this industry. If others don’t know what we are doing I pity on them. This is a fabulous hobby I ever had. I learn, I share and get paid on it. Some of my friends raise eyebrows on me about earning extra income on this hobby of mine. I even tell them to have blogs on their own. Others could actually make their own blog but not so diligent to update it. Specific emotions may weaken certain organs in our body. If we are wondering what are the causes of some of our illnesses now a days. Try to check our feelings in a certain period of time. Like if we always get...

• fear & fright it weakens our kidney

Sometimes it’s hard to stay happy but if we love ourselves then we are ought to do it. We have our negative situations in our lives, it’s up to us what emotions that will end up in that situation. Stay happy shalalala, it’s nice to be happy shalalala oh sorry I’m already singing. There are a lot of rooms of being positive or optimistic. We stay happy and live healthy. To those who are reading this post. Try this exercise: in everything that you do “keep smiling”. Example while reading this “smile” let the positive energy comes in.

Modelling and Photography

This post is two birds in one shot. Someone has a desire to be a model and the other one to become a photographer. Erika likes to be a model and I like taking pictures. This coming summer she will be enrolling on modeling class. But after our photo shoots, she told me that she realizes that it’s hard to be a model. Time consuming and poses are usually long. She just complained but somehow she has a passion for it. What we lack in the shots above? are proper lighting, make-up, studio and costume.

What does it take to be a blogger? Do we need to be a computer analyst, programmer, fanatic and genius? I don’t think so. Do we need to be a grammarian? They usually stick to the rules of English grammar. Well I guess we need to have a little percent of being a computer analyst and a grammarian. Which likes to share a bit of her knowledge, dreams, thoughts, etc. through blogging? But while doing this hobby of writing it would be fun if we are earning at the same time. You didn’t realize that a program survive because of advertisement. Same thing in this industry bloggers and advertising are intertwine to each other. But if you are newbie in this industry don’t expect to earn on ads. All you have to do is to concentrate on sharing your interests. When you are passing the amateur stage try to join in blog advertising which bloggers and advertiser meet. That every time you blog you will get to it. Bead Making Talent

I think bead making is an inner talent. No seminar at all, just the way I look at the designs in the market whoala> I get it right away. Before, I was in this industry, having fun and business as usual. I have a sleepless nights and time flies because my ideas are exploring so much. I didn't notice that it was already 6am in the morning. I was able to make a design even if it’s not out in the market. This is the second time I made a cord for the wedding. Her motif is gold and aqua blue but I decided to break the monotony by putting white pearls. If you'll ask for the cost of this one it will range from 200 pesos to 1,500 pesos. It depends on the stone that we are going to use. My first cord is quite expensive because I used swarovski pearls. This cord is not yet finish because some materials are on my friends house. My niece would like to model this one. Well I guess Vanz has a nice pose.

Congratualtions Manny Paquiao

Rumors and speculation are spreading all over the streets and establishments here in the Philippines. They said that Manny lose the match with de la Hoya. Thanks to Hon. Alfredo S. Lim that some barangay officials were able to watch the live match of this two legendary boxers. My bf break the news that he wins in the match. De la Hoya concede in their fight on the 8th round. Kudos Manny!!! You always make your mama proud (toinks MYMP). Maybe that’s the reason why Manny likes to sing. *just kidding

The good thing about Manny he plays not just for himself but for his family, friends and most of all for the entire Philippines. Isn’t obvious that his wearing the replica of our flag in the picture above? Manny is fighting for the integrity and dignity of whole Filipino nation. To those living abroad, how do you feel when you heard our national anthem? For me we have the best anthem among other nation. That somehow Manny are always inspired to fight. Facts about Vitamins

I started to write about vitamins since last August? I tried to feature one vitamin. I am thinking today I'm sharing with you guys that vitamin but I never explained what the facts of vitamin are. Other people are not interested to take those vitamins and just rely on the food that they eat. I already shared about Vitamin C, A, E and P.

What are vitamins?

Vitamins are important substances for life and regulate our metabolism. They mediate the production and control of energy, as well as cell growth and development of all body tissues. It is more effective together with the minerals.

Are you familiar with RDA?

RDA means “recommended daily allowance”. In the U.S., the RDA is a suggested intake of nutrient for a healthy person. This amount can change if the person is experiencing a certain illness or practicing a bad habit such as smoking a cigarette.

For example, the RDA for Vitamin C is 60mg/day. But if you are a smoker it is recommended to take 25 mg. more cigarettes smoked. If 20 cigarettes are smoked daily, you need 500mg of Vitamin C daily. It really depends on what you need.

Which are better, natural or synthetic vitamins?

According to Dr. Earl Mindel in his book “All About Vitamins”, natural vitamins are less toxic and are better tolerated by the body when the correct dosage is exceeded. But most specialist in this area comment that although both of this kind are identical and give positive results, the natural vitamins are more readily absorbed by our body.

When is the proper time to take our vitamins?

The best time to take our vitamins is together with our meals and minerals. In this way it is readily absorbed and works better. But the best time in taking our fat soluble vitamins (like vitamins A, E, D, K) are before meals. Water based vitamins, like B complex, Vitamin C, F, P, etc. are better taken during or after meals.
