The word healthy comes from these two words heal and thy. Let's take a look at the meaning at the meriam-webster dictionary.

heal - to restore to health
- make sound or whole

thy - archaic : of or relating to thee or thyself especially as possessor or agent or as object of an action
—used especially in ecclesiastical or literary language and sometimes by Friends especially among themselves

It means being healthy we are able to cure or restore our own body. Through the use of our own anti-bodies. Those anti-bodies fight the toxins or free radicals that enters our body.

It is sad to say that now a days we have a lot of sources of toxins. Those sources may come from the food we eat and the air that we breathe. It may aggravated through our level of our stress. The higher the stress level the lesser immune system we have. It means our body can't sustain to fight to the foreign bodies or toxins that we encounter.

To have a healthy body we must take consideration several aspects such as:

P_sychological Aspect - Do we have a sound body & mind?

B_one Structure - Do we take care our spinal column? Are we on our proper posture? Whenever we sit or stand.

H_ygiene - Are we brushing our teeth before we sleep and after we slept?

E_xercise - We understand this word, aren't we?

N_utrition - Are we giving our body the proper nutrition?

T_aking responsibility!!! in our own life....

If we read the letters downwards PBHENT or it sounds like PREVENT...
I will just discuss the aspects one by one, for us to understand more of it.
